Descriptions of our work, capabilities and products on this site are for information. They do not form a contract or a commitment to deliver a particular outcome. Anything we agree to do for you will be set out in a signed engagement document that takes precedence over this site.

The planning model

The capacity model on the home page is a planning tool. Its inputs are printed alongside it, and its hour figures come from a single engagement in progress rather than a measured production result. Do not rely on its output as a forecast for your own organisation without re-measuring against your own data. We will help you do that.

Status labels

Work described on this site carries a status — live, in build, prototype, or proof of concept. These are meant literally. A prototype is not a production system and is not described as one.

Other people’s names

Clients are anonymised unless they have given written permission to be named. Any third-party name, mark or product referred to belongs to its owner, and reference to it does not imply endorsement in either direction.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change its content at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Panaji, Goa have jurisdiction.
