Privacy notice

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you type, plus the date and time. Nothing else. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build a profile of you.

Why

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so that whoever picks it up has the context. That is the only purpose. Your enquiry is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone for marketing.

Analytics

We measure aggregate page views so we know which pages are useful. This is configured without cookies and without cross-site tracking, and it does not identify you individually.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered by an email provider acting on our instructions, and this site is served by a hosting provider. We name our sub-processors on request and in any data processing agreement. Neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes, and nothing you send is used to train an AI model.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years, so that a returning conversation makes sense. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Where it is held

Production systems we operate run in the India region. Email may transit providers outside India; where that happens we rely on standard contractual protections.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See your data rights for how to do that and who handles it.
