What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- A correction, if something we hold is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- A list of the sub-processors who have handled it, and what each one saw.
- Withdrawal of consent, where consent is what we relied on to hold it.
How to ask
Email us with the request. You do not need to use a particular form of words, and you do not need to explain why. We will acknowledge within three working days and complete the request within thirty days, or tell you plainly why we cannot.
Who handles it
Requests are handled directly by the founder rather than routed through a support queue. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.
When deletion means deletion
An erasure request reaches every store a record touched, including backups on their next cycle and any derived index. We confirm in writing when it is complete rather than simply hiding the record from a screen.
